An energy program management company wanted to take a stack of manual forms and turn them into an online eligibility checker and incentive application. Goals included reducing time spent on ineligible submissions, back and forth for incomplete applications, and better integration between the consumer and the trade ally preforming the work.
Kathleen took forms from multiple energy affiliates, multiple states, for a variety of appliances and home improvement eligible programs and distilled them into a single, dynamic online application that helped guide the user through the process. She included handoff points between the consumer and the trade ally and application lookup processes.
